I freshly bake all the delicious cakes using the best, and freshest ingredients. These include free range eggs and the finest quality Belgian chocolate.

I OFFER A VARIETY OF CAKES AND FILLINGS, INCLUDING:
Fruit Cake
Vanilla Sponge layered with raspbery jam and vanilla buttercream.
Lemon Sponge layered with a lemon buttercream.
Chocolate Sponge layered with dark, milk or white Belgian chocolate ganache.

Your cake can be filled with jam, vanilla buttercream, chocolate buttercream or chocolate ganache.


It can then be covered in fondant icing, royal icing or white, milk or plain chocolate paste or dark chocolate flavoured fondant.

All wedding cakes are designed to have a thin base layer of marzipan.
